The research activities of Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research on the innovative area of “Science of Hybrid Quantum Systems” were introduced in an open-house workshop at the National Institute of Informatics (NII) on May 27.The workshop began with a lecture by Prof. Hirayama.The participants discussed the benefits of exploringe the science of the quantum hybridization of different physical quantities.The simple description of “quantum characteristic” and the application of quantum hybridization, including its prospects, seemed to attract the interest of many people in
