German-Japanese Meeting on the Science of Hybrid Quantum Systems

Date: 10-11 Nov, 2016
Place: dbb forum berlin, Berlin

Recent developments in science and technology have led to advanced levels of quantum control. Quantum systems combining various physical phenomena and materials provide an excellent playground for fundamental research as well as for future quantum technologies. The objective of this workshop is to bring together experts in different fields with the ultimate goal of establishing new ideas for future quantum hybrid systems.
The workshop will join experts from Japan and Europe. It will be supported by the Japanese Initiative “Science of Hybrid Quantum Systems” ( as well as by the Paul-Drude-Institut für Festkörperelektronik (PDI), in Berlin, Germany.
